B&B is an awesome place.  Everyone is friendly to the pet owners.  Scout loves going to stay there.  Has been boarded there since he was a puppy 2016.

Very pleased with all his stays.

"This place is beyond awesome!! My grumble of 4 pugs stayed with them for 7 days and everything was perfect! This place is super clean and the employees truly love being around dogs. I just picked my pugs up this morning and after jumping around the car on the way home, they are all passed out on the couch!! I can’t say enough, this place rocks!!! My pug grumble will definitely be back in the future! I highly recommend this place!!!"

Four Pugs — Niles, MI — Bunk & Biscuit

Great daycare!  The people who work here love their jobs and really take awesome care of your four-legged family members.  Great place!

Bunk is a lovely facility. Not only is it pretty to look at, the employees are very sweet. My Danny loves loves loves to swim and their pool is the perfect size and depth for him to do what he loves. Every employee is very kind to me and my dogs. I regularly see and interact with the bosses/higher ups in the business and they are always pleasant and sweet. Not only are the workers kind to me and Danny, they’re also very respectful of my other dog who needs his space with strangers. Not only is the daycare/boarding/office staff awesome, we also loveeee the groomers here! Natalie grooms Danny and he loves her so much, but all the groomers (as pictured here with Liz) give him love and are so talented. The workers always do their best to help me out when I need it, and all in all, we really do love it here!

Two Dogs Sleeping Comfortably — Niles, MI — Bunk & Biscuit

"Bunk and Biscuit is an amazing place to board your animals! I drive from Chicago to board my dogs here when I travel because I know how well they are being cared for. They always come home happy, tired and looking their best (the grooming here is amazing!)."

Bridget, owner of Bonnie and Scout

My three dogs get so excited when I say “ Let’s go for playtime “. The staff has been awesome with them and rightly so in letting me know when the puppy had a rough day and how they handled it.

"Best thing we ever did for our dog. She goes to daycare once a week. She was timid at first, but loves it now. She knows play day. We can watch her on cameras. The girls care for her well-being and tell us how her day was. Very clean. I recommend them to everyone."

Dog Groomed — Niles, MI — Bunk & Biscuit

"Took little Bear here to be groomed yesterday, the BEST grooming Bear has ever had!! Was extremely pleased and will continue to have Bear groomed here!! Bear loves you guys!!!"

Cathy, owner of Bear

This is hands down the best pet boarding facility in the world!🤩 You can tell each tech is a true animal lover. Our English Bulldog, Rockne, spends multiple weekends there during the summer & we know, without a doubt, that he is being VERY well cared for. Their website is super informative if you have any questions. Whether it's a phone call or email, they are VERY quick to get back to you. This is a very well run, super clean facility with beautiful grounds and is the only place we will ever take our pup. 🐶

"Thank you for taking such great care of Rowdy & Rusty! It’s nice to not worry…. They are well taken care of, happy, loved & the girls are always sad to see them leave. Love the “goodbye” bandanas."

Rowdy & Rusty — Niles, MI — Bunk & Biscuit

"I really feel bad about this whole 5-star system because I would give B&B a galaxy! My Eddie is a Beagle puppy (you know, they own the world) and I thought he would be a challenge for the staff. Never ONCE did the staff give me the “oh boy, a beagle” look or talk. The service from check in to Eddie being introduced to his fellow “campers” and shown his suite was superb. You could actually see him relax after a few minutes.

The facilities are the best I have ever seen. The grounds don’t even smell like dog if you can believe that. We watched Eddie most of the day on the webcams and had no problems following him around. We were able to enjoy his first swimming adventure (thank you so much techs), watch him engage with other pals, and see him being led in and out for his evening wind down.

One major thing I noticed was the staff’s engagement; not only with my pet, but with the other campers. Water pools (small plastic ones) were changed VERY regularly. The care and treatment was thoughtful and methodical in a way to not scare the newbies (my Eddie :)) and to make sure each camper had individual care AND great socialization time.

My only regret is that I didn’t find this absolute gem earlier. I cannot recommend them highly enough."

Hunter Perry Swimming Lessons — Niles, MI — Bunk & Biscuit

Hunter Perry. 11 years old. Hated water before her swim lessons. Now swim time is her favorite part of every day!

"Our border collie, Hunter, absolutely hated the water. Even our granddaughter, who she adores, couldn’t get her in. So when we went on a 10 day vacation we had Bunk give her swimming lessons. We are boaters, as well as having a pool, so knowing she could get to shore was paramount. When we returned, to our surprise, they couldn’t keep her out of the pool! She’s 11 years old, a bit over weight and she has slimmed down and can even jump in our car by herself now! Swimming lessons are a must for dogs, just like our our two legged kids."

“The Heated Pool Saved Our Girl!!!!

Our sweet girl Rookie participated in Bunk & Biscuit daycare for over 10 years. She was an extremely active dog, loving to play during group play! Running was her favorite. She even helped me train for several marathons.

Unfortunately, during her last few years, she developed spinal myelopathy. This degenerative disease gave her quite a bit of pain and left her with limited mobility. She no longer could run freely.

Just when we were feeling hopeless, the trainers introduced her to the heated Pool!!! Rookie thrived! She could be free to “run” in the water, pain free! She was so relaxed and calm swimming in the pool. The pool provided a wonderful alternative for her to exercise. There was no pressure on her joints and her confidence improved. She spent the last years of her life enjoying the warm water of the indoor Pool. We are grateful to Bunk and Biscuit for all they do to improve the quality of life, for so many beloved pets!!:"

Heated Pool — Niles, MI — Bunk & Biscuit

Rookie had a degenerative spine disease, causing running and walking to be painful and quite difficult for her. The heated pool was just what she needed!

I highly recommend Hal at Bunk & Biscuit for any of your dog training needs! I took my 8 month old puppy in and Hal transformed him over a two week period. You can tell that he and the staff are all very passionate about what they do. My dog not only LOVED going there, but after two weeks, was trained and obedient. Hal works closely with you and your specific needs and walks you through the commands/training he has been working on so you can practice at home. If you need any assistance with training and transforming your pup, look no further!

Boomer — Niles, MI — Bunk & Biscuit

“I just couldn’t let another day pass without thanking you for the Elder Daycare program. Boomer is improving everyday. I did just get his DNA results from the Degenerative Mylopithy. He does carry both markers. It doesn’t mean he has or will get this ALS in dogs. It means he could. I am sad about this, but since he is improving so much from daycare that I know if he has it or doesn’t…we are doing the very best for him. Thank you with all my heart.”
